Telehealth

In-office therapy doesn’t fit your lifestyle.

Scheduling an in-office appointment may sometimes seem complicated. You have other things happening, and scheduling an appointment is one more thing.

“How will I schedule a session if I work 9-5, and my therapist has the same office hours? I won’t make it during my lunch break!”

“I feel so stressed leaving work at this hour and worry about not making my appointment on time.”

“After work, I feel so tired and want to go home rather than driving to my therapy session.”

“I want to see this therapist, but she doesn’t live in my county.”

Technology… Technology!

Any of the above statements sound familiar? Well, you don’t have to stress about distance, hours, or being too tired to attend, or even live in the same county.

I am so grateful to engage in Telehealth sessions with all my clients because I am currently only doing Telehealth.

With Telehealth, you can engage in your therapy sessions from wherever you feel comfortable and safe.

I currently provide individual and couples counseling sessions in California via Telehealth. We conduct each session through a HIPAA-compliant platform that is completely confidential and safe.

Don’t worry!

You don’t have to worry about squeezing your session in or trying to work around it. Many of us have busy schedules, and when you add work, family, and children to the mix, things get interesting!

Telehealth is an excellent option because you don’t need to worry about all the conflicts. Telehealth is convenient for everyone and provides you with flexibility. The best thing about Telehealth is that you have control over YOUR time!

You’ll also focus better during sessions when you’re not frazzled about making it to the in-office appointment. You’ll be able to engage and take part at your full potential.

And you still get the same excellent service!

Telehealth provides the same service.

Telehealth sessions do not differ from in-person counseling because you still receive one-on-one counseling.

Telehealth covers various issues such as working through depressive symptoms and anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling inadequate, problems at work, gaining confidence as a young professional, helping couples through any major life transitions, working on building healthy relationships, whether it’s couples counseling or relationships with family or friends, and much more.

You still get the same excellent service in learning about resources to address what is bothering you and gain healthy coping tools.

The quality of the service doesn’t change; the only change is the platform!
